The Schedule:
Wednesday, April 10th: Arrive at Honolulu Airport, where you will be picked up and taken to the retreat home. Relax and unwind in your new nest. Enjoy a yoga practice on the sun deck, take a leisurely walk, or lounge on the beach or by the private pool. Meet and greet fellow journeyers. Sacred Welcome Ceremony.
Thursday, April 11th: Nurture with Nature day.
Full day of Bodywork and Coaching Sessions, uncovering your deepest desire. Naming it and allowing yourself to be bigger and embrace it!
You will also have time to attune yourself to the island’s healing vibrational field.
Friday-Sunday, April 12-14th: Mix of Playshops including realignment techniques, building strategy, tools to support your creative process, energetic practices, somatic work, emotional work, education and open discussions, among others.
Free time.
Activation Ceremony on Sunday evening. Step unshakably into what you are wanting to create, whether in your personal life, business or inner world.
Monday, April 15th: Enjoy a Sunrise Yoga practice on the beach, as the truest version of yourself starts shining through; followed by Gourmet breakfast and prepare for departure.
Additional body work can be scheduled for this day as well.
