I am not your average consultant. Clients often describe me as part of the team and their resident “work therapist” and I am proud of that label.  My superpower is connection. I will connect to your people in a way that unlocks their potential and opens their eyes to the possibilities that are available by mastering the art of relationships. I find that organizations regretfully spend most of their time trying to fix the wrong problems and ignore the silver bullet; their people and climate.

In my 20+ experience of working in the field, most of an organization’s problems lie not in the lack of ideas, having the right process, equipment inefficiencies, or the absence of the right technical expertise but in how their people communicate and relate to one another. Leaders are often not taught how to effectively lead by influence and inspiration.  People are walking around with untapped talents and a  poorly equipped tool belt for how to adapt and thrive in these times. The research is clear for what makes successful teams but often companies miss the pathway to teach the leaders of these teams how to lay the foundation that allows them to thrive.  This is where I come in.

I am a library of tactics and resources from a broad range of methodology that I alchemize to design a unique strategy. It’s never one-size-fits-all. I am a coach, an astrologer, yoga and mindfulness teacher, certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Practitioner, a chemical engineer, and a continuous improvement consultant with 20+ years of industry experience in many different sectors. And best of all, I like to get my hands dirty and get on the floor to know your people and what makes them tick so that I can speak their language and relate to them effectively.
